Electric hoist manual trolley
Basic introduction
The electric hoist manual trolley is a travelling fitting matched with electric chain hoist or wire rope electric hoist. It runs manually along the bottom flange of I-beam, H-beam or wide-flange beam without electric driving device. Operators push the trolley by hand to move the hoist horizontally on the track for material lifting and shifting.
Material & Structure
Main body is made of high-strength cast steel and thick steel plate. Equipped with anti-drop wheel sets, adjustable wheel spacing to fit different sizes of I-beam. Built-in heavy-duty rolling bearings ensure flexible rolling, low friction and stable travelling. Anti-collision and anti-derailment structure improves safety during operation.
Application
Widely used in factory workshops, warehouses, construction sites and small overhead lifting occasions. Ideal for places without power supply for trolley travelling or low-frequency horizontal moving of hoists. It can be directly assembled on the top of electric hoist to form a complete lifting unit.
