Grade 80 (G80) lifting chain is an alloy steel high-strength load chain widely used for lifting, rigging, sling assembly and cargo binding. It is quenched and tempered for superior tensile strength and wear resistance, complying with international lifting chain standards such as EN818-2.
G80 chain is the most common industrial lifting chain worldwide, available in multiple nominal diameters from 6mm up to 32mm. Each chain link is marked with “8” or “G80” for grade identification. It is designed for overhead lifting applications and strictly forbidden for welding modification or overload use.
