Manufacturing Process

Step 1 — Material Preparation: High-strength steel plates (Q345B / S355JR) cut by CNC plasma & laser. All edges ground and inspected.

Step 2 — Robotic Welding: Girder sections welded by submerged-arc robotic welders. All seams 100% inspected by ultrasonic testing.

Step 3 — Assembly: End-carriages, hoist trolley, and electrical control panel assembled on precision jigs.

Step 4 — Load Testing: Every crane undergoes 125% dynamic and 150% static load test before surface preparation.

Step 5 — Painting & Shipping: Sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade, primed with zinc-rich epoxy, and finished with polyurethane topcoat.
